Main achievements

Since 3 years of working as a lawyer, he has participated in and undertaken more than 100 civil and commercial litigation and enforcement cases, including loan disputes, financial leasing contract disputes, construction project and real estate disputes, and company law disputes, and has accumulated a large number of civil and commercial litigation and enforcement experience.

Participate in multiple complex bankruptcy liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization projects, cooperate with creditors to complete the declaration of creditor's rights, and coordinate the communication, negotiation and plan formulation between creditors and the bankruptcy administrator, the people's court and prospective investors.

As a member of Pi's legal advisory team, I was responsible for the basic legal services and daily maintenance of the legal advisory unit, and did a good job in the early legal risk self-examination and prevention of clients, so as to ensure the development of clients.
