Main achievements

Lawyer Wang Gang, a member of the Communist Party of China, is a national fourth class lawyer. He graduated from the Law School of Nanjing University of Technology with a bachelor's degree. He is a member of Changzhou Lawyers Association, a volunteer lawyer of Changzhou Legal Aid Center, and a member of the Legal Aid and Public Legal Service Committee. He has been practicing for 5 years, and has rich experience in criminal defense, civil tort disputes, labor wages, economic compensation recovery and industrial injury compensation. In September 2016, he was awarded as an excellent debater in the 4th Changzhou Public Prosecutor and Lawyer Debate Contest.

Classic cases:

1. As the defense lawyer in the case of Liang's intentional homicide (attempted homicide), the procuratorate suggested that the sentence should be more than life imprisonment. After the trial, the court adopted the opinion of the defense lawyer and sentenced Liang to 13 years' imprisonment.

2. Served as the defense lawyer in the case of Liu Moumou's intentional injury (causing death). According to the Criminal Law, this case should be sentenced to more than 10 years of fixed-term imprisonment, life imprisonment or death penalty. After many meetings and examination papers, the defense lawyer determined that Liu's behavior was over defensive. The procuratorate finally adopted the above opinion of the defense lawyer, and the case was transferred to the District People's Court for trial. Finally, Liu was sentenced to 8 years' imprisonment.
