Member of the Prime Power Commercial Team. We have undertaken various civil, commercial, and company law related litigation cases, including equity disputes, contract disputes, labor disputes, etc; Participated in legal advisory work for multiple companies, providing equity design and implementing equity incentives for consulting units. I have accumulated a large amount of experience in handling commercial cases and practical operations.

Formerly served as the Secretary of the President's Office of a listed company, a member of the strategic team, received IBM systematic strategic training, deeply participated in the company's strategic decomposition and architecture design, familiar with the company's internal management and operation, and able to more flexibly combine business thinking and apply legal knowledge to assist the company's operation.
