I have participated in the bankruptcy liquidation project of Changzhou Kaina Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Changzhou Kaina Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaina Company") was established in accordance with the law on March 3, 2008. Kaina Company has a registered capital of 25 million US dollars and its business scope includes real estate development and construction, leasing, sale, transfer, and supporting services. The company is a real estate development enterprise, and Kaina Overseas Chinese Town is a project developed and constructed by Kaina Company. When the manager took over, the first phase of the project had already been completed, and the second phase of the project had already been capped and was in a state of suspension. With the continuous efforts of the manager, the resumption and completion acceptance of the second phase of Kaina Overseas Chinese Town were successfully completed, and the property was successfully handed over to the owners of Kaina Overseas Chinese Town's second phase.

I have participated in the filing of court documents and various documents related to this project, took over the work after settling at the bankruptcy site of Kaina Company, notified and received creditors, organized creditor application materials, prepared relevant records, prepared for the first and second creditor meetings, and provided auxiliary work for subsequent asset disposal.
