▪ Real estate investment, M&A, development, financing, lease and sale
▪ Project bidding, project management, design, construction and supervision
▪ Suggested trading scheme: assist customers to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various trading schemes and paths, and determine the trading scheme and path
▪ Conduct due diligence: conduct legal due diligence on the target company and its real estate, and issue the investigation report
▪ Prepare transaction documents and participate in business negotiations: draft, review and modify various transaction documents, such as the overall investment agreement, equity transfer agreement, joint venture contract, articles of association, etc., and negotiate with the counterparty on behalf of the client
▪ Providing legal advice and/or issuing legal opinions: providing legal advice and opinions on legal issues involved in the project, and issuing special legal opinions as required by customers
