
Legal services covering the whole process of recruitment, employment and resignation;
Including partner lawyers, senior labor dispute lawyers, and senior consultants of labor dispute authorities;
The total number of labor dispute cases handled in recent five years involves.
▪ Assist customers in resolving various labor disputes, including adjustment, arbitration and litigation of complex cases and collective cases
▪ Draft or review labor contracts, training agreements, non competition agreements, confidentiality agreements and other agreements and documents related to human resources management
▪ Drafting or reviewing collective agreements and participating in collective negotiation
▪ Draft or review the Employee Handbook and the Company's internal rules and regulations
▪ Provide training on labor specific legal issues and hot issues
▪ Provide advice on labor protection, work-related injuries and occupational diseases
▪ Provide advice on social insurance, commercial insurance and various welfare plans
▪ Design the legal service plan involved in the process of merger, reorganization and liquidation, participate in negotiations, and draft or review relevant project documents
▪ Provide advice on employee equity incentive plans
▪ Provide advice on personal information protection
▪ Provide advice on issues such as anti workplace sexual harassment and anti employment discrimination
▪ Assist the enterprise to conduct compliance investigation and provide advice on dealing with employees with compliance problems
▪ Assist in handling work visa and other employment formalities for foreign employees.
